Wow! I had an amazing time at this hotel. The location was superb, and the staff was incredibly friendly. The rooms were cozy and clean, but there was a tiny inconvenience at the front desk. The onsen experience was truly unique, though!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and came with all the amenities and features I needed. I really appreciated the little bear gift and the complimentary breakfast. The views of Tokyo Bay were excellent. The only downside was being assigned a room away from my companion when we requested to be side by side two months in advance.

I absolutely adored my stay at the hotel! The breathtaking view over Tokyo Bay during the daytime was just incredible. The rooms were of good size with a very impressive bathroom, a comfortable bed, and a big screen TV. I especially loved the long sitting area along the window which offered a lovely view of the park from the 36th floor.

The service was top-notch throughout my stay. The staff were incredibly attentive and provided great recommendations for things to see and do. Yuka was particularly helpful without being pushy or snobbish. They assisted with room service, car hire, dry cleaning, housekeeping, laundry, and even the airport shuttle.
